Wonderbox March Edition

Hi guys, March is going to end soon but there's nothing to be sad on. Wonderbox March edition has finally arrived on my doorstep! I was really excited when my neighbour handed the box to me, she helps to collect my parcel whenever I'm not around! :P

Wonderbox March Edition features some skincare products from the same brand, Murad. Murad is a well known product which focuses on solving our complexion problems, such as acne, dehydration, aging, etc. In this edition, there are three Murad products: Murad Oil Free Sunblock SPF30, Murad Hydro Dynamic Ultimate Moisture and Murad Active Radiance Serum. Out of these three products, the one that I often use is their sunblock.

It is really not surprise to name this box a Murad box though.

Other than that, Wonderbox also introduce a brand from New Zealand, Wild Ferns. What I got is Wild Ferns Rejuvenating Hand Creme. I have not heard about this brand, so this product could be an exciting product to me. This 30ml product comes in handy for travelling, which is important for all ladies. You want to have pretty hands, don't you? ;)

The most shocking item I received from Wonderbox is Elianto Fionatto Blush. Not that I bad mouth Elianto, it's just that this brand is too common in beauty industry. Most of us know Elianto for a very long time and it is one of the first makeup products I used when makeup was introduced to me. I believe that a beautybox should give their subscribers to have a chance to try on unique makeup products, maybe a bold colour eyeshadow, glitter eyeliner or eyelashes with extra volume (HAHA). I found out that Elianto Fionatto Blush is too harsh on my fair skin, I have to apply it extremely lightly to avoid red baboon arses.

Overall, I don't feel excited as I used in their February issue. That is because I do not have the opportunity to try on other brands other than Murad. Wonderbox team should understand that variety is what we, the subscribers want. Variety means chances, opportunities to discover other beauty brands. 

Now, I'm still considering whether I should continue subscribe to Wonderbox or not. Any opinions other Wonderbox subscribers? What's your thought on this edition? Each month, everyone at WonderBox Malaysia try our very best to bring you the best beauty discovery experience. We strive to improve further and we do apologize for any short coming for the March edition. We hope that you have it in your heart to accept our deepest apology and know that our member’s delightful experience and satisfaction is our top priority.

Recourse & Remedy:
We are fully aware that we can never replace the experience you had with your March WonderBox but we do hope that the following recourse will help remedy the negative experience.

(1)Full Refund:
If you have not used/opened any of the products included in the March WonderBox edition, you can send it back to us. Once received, we will refund your subscription including the return delivery charges directly to your bank account.

(2)Partial Refund:
We will provide a partial refund in WonderPoints to you WonderBox account. If you wish to request for a partial refund, please drop us an email at info@wonderbox.com.my along with your WonderBox account detail (email).
We will credit 400 WonderPoints for each request.

We hope that you will exercise the proposed remedy with due consideration and respect.

Feedback and Learning:
Thanks to the feedback from our lovely WonderBox members, we have updated our curation and brand engagement guidelines. These are the learning capture so far but do feel free to sharing any new suggestion in the comment box below.
- The minimum product sample size should be 15ml
- The maximum brand sponsorship duration is 2 consecutive months
- The maximum number of product from a brand should not exceed 2 per WonderBox edition

Thanks for all the feedback and we have been receiving your request for full/partial refund. We would like to time-box the compensation remedy and place the dateline of March 29th(Friday) to be the last day for any full/partial refund request.   1. I agree that the March box is not as amazing as the Feb. But I think you should really give Wonderbox a chance because they're actually doing something about the feedback from their customers.. They're offering a partial/full refund if you're unsatisfied with the box.. Their customer service is impeccable.

    1. Hi and thanks for the comment! Yeah, they are offering a partial/full refund if subscribers aren't satisfied with the box. But right now some subscribers who demanded a full refund could not login their accounts anymore ><

  2. I'm getting pretty tired of seeing Murad and Clinelle in the boxes by now... =S Luckily I didn't subscribe for this box. >_<

  3. this March box was my first subscription as I finally decided to join the beauty box bandwagon but I dont really feel 100% excited upon unboxing it. I agree with u dear, variety is what we customers are expecting from a beauty box provider. However we should give Wonderbox team 5 stars on customer service and I honestly think that we should give them 1 more chance (April box) to redeem themselves :) I'm gonna subscribe for it by the way as I still have my trust on them based on their previous excellent record (my personal opinion lah ^_^)

    p/s : nasib baik I also subscribed for another beauty box brand for March 2013 and they do impress me a lot, so I'm not 100% heartbroken for my first beauty box experience :D

  4. hey Nicole, yea, I was quite frustrated when I got the March box too >.< In response to the customer service, I do feel quite pacified in the sense that they gave me a full refund and my account was still active. I think for those who got their account deactivated, it was cos of the way they responded to WB.
