Beside gluing to social networks, I love to workout at my community gym because it does not require membership (and it’s included in maintenance fees). I’m dying to get rid of my flabby arms and get slimmer. I’m fat so yea…

To get in good shape, I love to workout on an elliptical, it is so much better than treadmill!! It reduces the stress and strain on my legs through an elliptical motion, I don’t have to feel the tiredness easily. :)

I used to hate workouts because of the sweats and the tiredness but something hit me during the weeks of examinations. I tend to get tension easily and got fatter because of the food that I had consumed, like junk food during study and some sodas. I kept on blaming myself but not taking any action, I was like self abusing.

To get healthier, I had to schedule my time for gym time. I got to meet my neighbour in the gym too, she is a lovely lady and we had a lovely chat while working out. From there, I love workouts, it is not as boring as I thought.True, I have lost some flabby thighs!!!!! :) I AM SOOOOO HAPPY
So peeps, try going to local gym or do exercise in your home!
